Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in South Australia).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (ACST) daily. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Packaging & Protection

Due to the fragile nature of glass picture frames, wooden or acrylic jewelry boxes, and silent-movement wall clocks, all items are wrapped with protective padding, foam corners, and heavy-duty shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking carrier details and unique tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey at any time using our provided tracking link.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or if the contents inside are broken (e.g., shattered clock face or cracked frame glass), please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Address Disclaimer: Please verify that your shipping address is completely correct prior to finalizing your order. GTB BLOSSOM PTY LTD cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
